- Technical know how in the automotive industry, especially in machining, aluminum die casting and assembly
- Experience with commodities like thermoset, steel, sinter
- International experience as head of quality/ supplier quality management (EU, USA, Mexico, China...)
- Fluency in English
- Competent in all common standards (IATF, VDA, CQI...) of the automotive industry
- Many years of experience in the creation, restructuring and optimization of organizational structures and their processes in the area of QM
